GOAL 1: Academic Success - Provide programs with intentional strategies to close the achievement gap and ensure opportunities that will lead to college, career and life readiness.
GOAL 2: Talent Management & Community Engagement - Provide programs that promote quality educational opportunities that meet the diverse needs of students while building on community involvement which will attract, support and retain a quality workforce.
GOAL 3: Governance & Fiscal Responsibility - The Board of Directors is responsible for providing oversight and guidance to ensure fiscal soundness while continuing to evaluate and improve on current practices to achieve optimal operational efficiencies.
